Terms and conditions of the Kronen Trading Company

Welcome to Handelskompagniet Kronen. Below you will find our terms and conditions, which apply to all purchases on our website, kompagnikronen.dk. By shopping with us, you accept these terms and conditions.

1. The parties The terms and conditions have been entered into between:

  • Customer: Any person or company that trades on kompagnikronen.dk.

2. Payment We accept the following payment methods:

  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT and any fees. No installment plans or partial payments are offered.

3. Delivery

  • The products are delivered exclusively to addresses in Denmark.
  • We use PostNord as our shipping company.
  • The typical delivery time is 3-4 days, but extended delivery times may occur under special circumstances.

4. Right of withdrawal

  • The customer has the right to exercise the statutory right of withdrawal.

  • All products are covered by the right of withdrawal.

5. Returns

  • The customer must pay return shipping when returning goods.
  • The products must be returned in substantially the same condition as upon receipt.
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method and will be processed as soon as possible after receipt and approval of the return.

6. Complaints and conflict management

  • We strive to respond and process complaints as quickly as possible.
  • Any conflicts that cannot be resolved between the customer and Handelskompagniet Kronen can be brought before the Consumer Complaints Board or the civil court.
